New venues on campuses for club meetings is no stranger to TUTMC.
The Club had it's 11th Meeting of the Term at E4.11 Classroom with the meeting theme:
"Lovely Christmas".
But Christmas is not even here yet! Talk about Festive ANTICIPATION.

It was a first Saturday Meeting in replacement of the 2nd and the last for for the club in 2013 due to the Examination period of the campus's courses.
Timer, Adam, TM going through the timing arrangements before we started.
The meeting kicked of with a Presidential address by Woon Yean Yi CC in place of Club President Dylan Chew who was unavailable to attend.
Toastmasters of the Morning was Lalitha,TM who is eager to play and perfect the role again.
To get the crowd speaking and involved, she asked the floor to introduce themselves and...
"What is your one Christmas wish?"
After the introductory and smiles, the meeting proceeded to the humour session where the Humour Master was to be an open role to get people giggling silly. Up came Ashikin to demonstrate about how it is not possible to "Stretch like a Hedgehog".
Ashikin, TM was the Table Topics Evaluator and the AH Counter.
Getting serious on multiple role playing.
Rachel Hiu,TM was the Grammarian and entrusted to ENGAGED us with her observation of our words and sentences.
Table Topics was on the cards!
Table Topics Master, DTM Murphy Lum from Sunway TMC was gracious to provide his expertise and creativity in incorporating Christmas themed songs into our Topics. It kept the crowd engaged and entertained!
Who would do the honour to get us starting to think on our toes?

PREPARED SPEECH SESSION
Next on the menu was Prepared Speech Session. With 3 speakers from our club.

"Everyone has a voice when it comes to choosing food" in 'Food for thought' by Zahir
"I'll say Hi to you, and you will unconsciously say Hi back to me. This is called Being Conditioned." by Wilson
EVALUATION SESSION
Evaluators are up for the count.
What if there wasn't any evaluation. The speakers and role-players would go back short-changed.
With no compromise, Lalitha passed the control to the General Evaluator to assist with the Evaluation session.
DTM Sue Ding from Shaklee TMC addressing the room.
Firstly it is Seng Kiat, TM giving flavour to Zahir's food choice.
"Take it less as a speech, treat it more like a message", Seng Kiat's gave suggestions.
"You did not sound like you were performing a Project 2 Speech, brilliant. I felt you made a uncomfortable topic rather tasteful", Ron on Subbra's presentation.
"This Advance Project is suitable for a thorough demonstration. Consider incorporating
more tangible steps instead"

General Evaluator, Sue Ding continued on by her experience in managing club meeting conduct. As the evaluators gave their 2 cents she also gave her thoughts from a balanced standpoint.
She was also gracious in acknowledging the Club as a previously President's Distinguish Club and would maintain such qualities.
The votes are in!
As always the club recognizes individuals who performs exceptionally and go the extra mile in their roles.
ChiRONjit is our best Evaluator! +1 for CIMA Malaysia TMC's IPP
Subbra-Claus winning the DOUBLE. Best Table Topic and Best Prepared Speaker.
He did remarkably well with both his chances!
With the typical two hours of attentive Toastmaster goodness ending,
the acting President Yean Yi mentioned her appreciation of all the presence leading to another successful Club Meeting. She recognized our Area Governor B2 Chironjit and allowed him to update us on the Area and Division news.
Lastly! It's hammer time!
"I now called this meeting to adjourn. GO HOME!"
