Taking You to the Next Step Workshop

October 22nd, Saturday, it was a special day for Taylor's University Toastmasters Club as we've invited TWO awesome speakers from Quaritas Sdn Bhd to come and give a workshop to our club members and for Taylorians who are interested.
This is their web link http://quaritase.com/

The response of this event went pretty well, our club did not do much of promotions but the registration kept on coming in. And yes, we've received MORE than what we've estimated!!!
That's really good news!!
We were really glad to have all these interested people at our workshop.
And of course, as predicted, the workshop went of pretty well and most of them gave good feedback for it.

Our speakers for the day, Tariqua Amina and Jordan Grose.
Don't you like their smiles?
:)

 ICE BREAKING SESSION!!
Yes this is where everyone gets to know each other and all of them were randomly picked.
So most of them are really unprepared.
But that doesn't make much of a difference as everyone managed to overcome them and came out with a good introduction of themselves.

This is one of them who claims that she have phobia for public speaking.
Look where she is now. Standing in front of the crowd and presenting herself in front of everyone.
:D
When there's a will, there's a way.

 I'm walking, I'm walking, I'm walking....
Our activity based interactions.
So much different from what we learn in classrooms.

We were also divided into groups for discussions.

 Groups presentations.

And yes, giving out of certificates.
That's where everyone is most excited about.

Well the whole workshop ended slightly later than the estimated time.
THIS SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY LOVE THE WORKSHOP DON'T YOU THINK SO?
:)

Well, if you missed this workshop, make sure you keep yourself constantly updated by dropping us an email to inquire about our activities.
Or you can click onto our upcoming event tab to find out what activities we have.

Come to us and have fun!!

Signing off,

Maggie Tan, CC
